What shipping methods are available?

We ship with DPD and PostNL, depending on the destination. They will make sure your order will arrive safely at your preferred address.

Do you ship internationally? And do I pay extra for it? 

Yes, we do ship internationally. We ship to all countries as listed below. And yes, we do charge extra shipping cost for most countries outside of The Benelux.

– Free shipping within the Benelux. (unless a discount code is used)

– 10 euro for countries: Austria, Germany, France, Ireland & UK.

– 12,50 euro for countries: Denmark, Italy, Sweden & Monaco.

– 20 euro for countries: Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia & Spain.

For all countries outside the Benelux mentioned above, we ship for free from 140 euro.

How long will it take to get my order?

This depends on your destination, but we always aim to get it at your place within 3-5 working days.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept 3 ways of payment: via Ideal, PayPal & Credit card (Visa, Mastercard & Amex).

Orders & Returns

How do I place an order?

You can place your order by clicking on the ‘shop’ link in the top header. Then select your preferred item and click on ‘add to chart’ to place your order.

How can I change my order?

After check-out you can change your order by clicking on the ‘cart’ link on the top-right hand side of the website. After you clicked on ‘place order’ you will be guided to your bank page for payment.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you don’t. You can fill-in all your information when placing your order.

How can I return a product?

Yes, you can. You can find your ‘right of withdrawal’ here.
