Which shipping methods are available?
We ship with DHL, PostNL and DPD to provide reliable delivery across Europe.

Do you ship internationally and are there extra costs?
Yes, we ship internationally within the EU. Within the Benelux shipping is free from €40 and within the rest of the EU shipping is free from €140. If your country is not listed but you live in an EU or EEA member state please contact us.

How fast will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 15:00 CET on a business day are shipped the same day. In the Benelux this usually means next-day delivery. In other EU countries delivery can take up to 9 business days.

How do I place an order?
Click on ‘Shop’ in the top navigation, select your lamp and add it to the cart. Follow the checkout steps to complete your purchase.

Can I change my order after placing it?
You can change your cart before completing the checkout. After payment please contact customer service as soon as possible to adjust your order.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can order without creating an account. Simply fill in your details during checkout.

How do I return a product?
You can return your product free of charge within 14 days of delivery. Notify us at info@humblelights.com and use our returns portal create your return. Please make sure the product is in original condition.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDEAL, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Visa and Mastercard.

How long is the warranty period?
All Humble lamps come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.

Where can I file a warranty claim?
Email info@humblelights.com with your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos if possible. Our service team will handle the process.

What does the warranty cover?
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and technical faults under normal use. Damage caused by misuse, drops, water exposure or modifications is not covered.

How do I return a product?
You can return your product free of charge within 14 days of delivery. Notify us at info@humblelights.com and use our Returnista portal [link] to create your return. Please make sure the product is in original condition.

Spare parts

At Humble we offer spare parts for almost every component of our cordless lights. From PCBA and LED modules to shades and batteries nearly everything can be replaced to keep your light in use for years. Because each model has its own unique parts, we recommend contacting our customer care team to find the right fit. A fully charged Humble cordless light lasts up to 140 hours depending on the brightness setting you choose. Use the highest mode for bright task lighting or switch to a lower mode for long lasting ambient light.

Yes, all Humble lights are suitable for indoor and outdoor use in conditions such as terraces or patios. All models include an IP65 rating that protects them against splashes and dust.

Every Humble light is dimmable and comes with at least three light settings. Some models also include a boost mode that adds extra light to dining and hospitality environments.

The rechargeable lithium-ion battery in a Humble light is designed to last for years of daily use. Like all rechargeable batteries the capacity decreases gradually over time. When that happens you can order a replacement battery directly from us.

Wipe your Humble light with a soft, dry or slightly damp microfiber cloth. Do not use aggressive cleaning products. Thanks to durable materials and replaceable parts, your light will remain beautiful and functional for years.

Use an adapter of at least 10 watts such as a tablet charger. This ensures that your light charges quickly and safely.

Humble One uses a low-voltage E27 LED bulb. These bulbs are available on our website and in most lighting stores. Always use low-voltage LED bulbs for safety reasons.
