Returns

Return window
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility
Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. The right of return applies only to products bought on humblelights.com.

How to start a return

  1. Email info@humblelights.com to register your request.

  2. Register the return in our return portal.

  3. Choose your preferred shipping method.

  4. Enter your contact details and select the reason for return.

  5. We review your request and reply within two business days. If approved, you will be guided to complete the return payment if applicable.

  6. Pack the item securely in the original packaging with all accessories.

  7. Drop off the parcel or hand it to the carrier.

Damages and wrong items
Check your order on arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve it.

Exceptions and items that are not returnable
Custom products such as special orders or personalised items, sale items, and gift cards are not returnable. We also cannot accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you are unsure, contact us before sending a return.

Exchanges

The fastest solution is to return the item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

European Union cooling off period

If your order ships into the EU, you may cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, with tags, and in the original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, we refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need extra time to process the refund.
