Smart functionality

Beyond its wireless design, the Humble Bug also connects to your smart home. Built on the Zigbee 3.0 protocol, it works with most smart home systems that operate through a hub or bridge. Once smart mode is switched on, the lamp can be controlled through your smart home system, alongside its own built-in controls.

• Zigbee 3.0 smart home protocol
• Requires a compatible third-party hub or bridge to use smart features
• Smart mode is switched on with the small Smart switch on the base (press for 4 seconds with a pen or other pointed object)
• Also works without smart mode: the button at the bottom of the base or the touch control on the side turns the light on, cycle through its brightness settings and turns it off
