Processing an order
When you order one of our services/products then we will ask for personal data such as your first name, last name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, and payment information. These data will be used to execute your order. These data will be stored on a security server owned by Spacesplus bv or by a third party.
Information provided by you during this transaction will be retained for 5 years or longer if required by tax or corporate bookkeeping.
Creating an account on our website
You have the option to create an account on our website and provide us with a log-in name and password. In addition to this, you will need to provide your e-mail address, first and last name, shipping and billing address, and phone number. This information can be managed in the account. Your details will be stored for as long as you use the account. After 2 years of inactivity, we will delete your account.
Creating an account is optional, you may purchase from our website as a ‘guest’. When purchasing as a guest, a unique customer ID is created which will contain your contact details and order information. This unique customer ID will allow us to see whether you have purchased with us before. You can request to get this data removed by emailing marketing@humblelights.com
Customer Service
When you send emails or other messages to us it will be possible that we will save these messages. Sometimes we will ask for your personal data when this is relevant. This enables us to answer your questions and requests. These data will be stored on a security server owned by Spacesplus bv or by a third party. We will not combine your personal data with other data.
