Is the product not quite what you expected and would you like to return it?
No problem. You have the right to return your product within 14 days after you have received the order. *

Please follow the steps below for returning your product:

1. Start with registering your return on our return portal

2. Choose your preferred way of shipping

3. Enter your contact details and choose the reason you would like to return your product

4. Your return request is sent to Humble. You will receive a confirmation within 1 working day. After receiving the confirmation, you will be redirected to complete the payment for your return

5. Wrap your package. The product must be returned undamaged and in its original package including all accessories

6. Drop off, or wait for the carrier to pick up your package

7. You will receive the refund within 7 days

* The right of return only applies to products purchased directly on humblelights.com. Please note that the costs for returning the goods are for your own account.

Oh no! Is your product damaged or does it show defects? In most cases, we can easily repair your product*.

Please follow the following steps:

3. Enter your contact details and indicate whether your product is damaged or defect

4. Your return request is sent to Humble. You will receive a confirmation within 1 working day. The return costs will be paid by us

5. Wrap the product carefully, preferably in its original packaging

6. Drop off, or wait for the carrier to pick up the package

7. We aim to inspect, repair and return your product within 7 working days.
