Oh no! Is your product damaged or does it show defects? In most cases, we can easily repair your product*.
Please follow the following steps:
1. Start with registering your return on our return portal
2. Choose your preferred way of shipping
3. Enter your contact details and indicate whether your product is damaged or defect
4. Your return request is sent to Humble. You will receive a confirmation within 1 working day. The return costs will be paid by us
5. Wrap the product carefully, preferably in its original packaging
6. Drop off, or wait for the carrier to pick up the package
7. We aim to inspect, repair and return your product within 7 working days.
