What shipping methods are available?

Do you ship internationally? And do I pay extra for it?
Yes, we do ship internationally. We ship to all countries as listed below. We offer free shipping in the Benelux from €40 and €140 elsewhere in the EU. See our shipping costs in the table below.

Any order that is placed before 15:00 CET will be sent out on that day. Delivery in the Benelux is typically the next workday. Outside of the Benelux please allow up to 9 days for your order to arrive.
During busy times such as Black Friday, it might take a little longer for your order to arrive.
Note: until further notice we don’t ship to the UK.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments via: Ideal, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay & Credit card (Visa & Mastercard).
How long is the warranty period?

How do I place an order?
You can place your order by clicking on the ‘shop’ link in the top header. Then select your preferred item and click on ‘add to cart’ to place your order.
How can I change my order?
After check-out you can change your order by clicking on the ‘cart’ link on the top-right hand side of the website. After you clicked on ‘place order’ you will be guided to your bank page for payment.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you don’t. You can fill-in all your information when placing your order.
