Black Friday FAQs
The Humble Black Friday sale will start on Monday the 21st of November and end on the 25th of November.
We’ll be offering 20% off all lamps with a code that will be visible on the website during the Black Friday week
We know this is an important one. While we know you will love our products, sometimes you will just want to try them out. Therefore returns will be free** from the 21st of November until the end of January.
*You have the right to return your product within 14 days after you have received the order.
**Benelux only
Shipping is free from €40 onwards. We do our utmost best to get your product out on the same day when you order before 4 pm (CET). Once the package has been handed over to DHL you will receive a track & trace code. Due to the Black Friday rush it might take a little longer for your product to arrive.
